Terms of Service

Last updated 16 August 2026. These terms govern use of Veya by developer groups and their staff. Buyers who only open a project micro-site are covered by the Privacy Policy; they are not asked to create a Veya account.

1. The service

Veya lets a developer group publish a project micro-site, verify visitors with OTP, and work a scored lead list. Unada Labs hosts the software. We do not sell property, collect booking amounts for units, or act as a real-estate agent.

2. Accounts

One workspace per developer group. The owner is responsible for teammates they invite, for content published on micro-sites, and for using buyer data only to follow up on that project. Keep credentials private. We may suspend an account that is past due, abusive, or used to spam OTP.

3. Billing

Subscriptions are assembled from line items (platform fee, extra projects, extra seats) and metered on unique OTP-verified mobile numbers per project per period. Top-up credits carry over between cycles. Invoices are in INR. Failed collection follows a dunning ladder and can take micro-sites offline after grace. If a payment succeeded at the gateway but credits did not land, use Restore purchases on the billing page — do not pay a second time.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Veya to send unsolicited marketing unrelated to the project the buyer opened, to scrape or resell visitor data, or to publish content you do not have rights to (including other developers’ brochures). RERA and advertising rules for the project remain yours to follow.

5. Availability

We aim to keep Veya available but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Analytics ingest is best-effort; a brief outage does not erase already-stored leads. You are responsible for keeping a copy of any material you cannot afford to lose.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by Indian law, Unada Labs’s liability for a paid workspace is limited to fees paid for the then-current billing period. We are not liable for lost deals, inaccurate brochure extraction, or a teammate’s misuse of buyer data.
